I’ll never go anywhere else to get a mortgage! My lender John Balmer was amazing through every step. We connected months before we got pre-approved and he was great about providing information. Going through the pre-approval and final approval process was great with him. He did an amazing job communicating and making sure everything worked out on our favors. We found him through the Homes for Heroes foundation as my husband is an EMT and I’m a (student) pharmacist. He was able to save us thousands! It was such a pleasure working with him and when we buy a house in the future he will be our first choice.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with John at Elevation Mortgage! He was also extremely helpful and great to work with. I was look for a home for 6 months, and he always had my best interest in mind the entire time. He was very quick to reply and get numbers to me as well. He always made me feel like he was happy to help and work with me. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else!

I was referred to John Balmer by a friend when I was wanting to refinance my lake house with a debt consolidation loan. I’ve had many home mortgage and refinance loans and this was by far the easiest and quickest loan I’ve ever dealt with. John answered every email immediately or close to it, answered all my questions, and made the loan process very easy for me. I ended up with the extra cash I needed to consolidate my debt and to pad my savings account very quickly. I would 100% recommend John Balmer at Elevation Mortgage, LLC for you home loan needs.

While filling out paperwork for a bank I was working with to secure a loan, a friend of mine said she had a company she previously used and was very happy with. My friend shared John Balmer's contact info and after reaching out to him at Elevation Mortgage, I never looked back. John quickly responded and secured a lower interest rate than the bank quoted me. He completed all the tasks and worked well into the evening to be sure the closing met the deadline ahead of schedule. I had peace of mind knowing John would handle all the details. I have closed on 5 homes and this was by far the easiest one. Thanks John for the excellent service!
